LUMIN Schools Office Addition

LUMIN Schools experienced sustained expansion in both Milwaukee and Racine, with their educational institutions thriving. However, the administrative office space faced the challenge of overcrowding, leading to some staff members being situated in various school locations. Hoping to consolidate all administrative staff under a single roof for greater collaboration and efficiency, they chose J.H Hassinger to expand their administrative offices.

J.H. Hassinger undertook the expansion of the pre-existing administrative office, augmenting its space by an additional 2960 square feet. The project involved a number of J.H. Hassinger capabilities, including general contracting, architecture, demolition, concrete work, masonry, and carpentry. By employing a variety of construction disciplines, the project ensured that LUMIN Schools would continue to operate seamlessly, meeting both the immediate and future needs of the LUMIN Schools system.
