J.H. Hassinger collaborated closely with Seneca Foods on the replacement of their failing precast mezzanine. The initial phase involved careful planning for the removal of the existing structure, a task that demanded precision to ensure safety and efficiency. Following this, J.H. Hassinger played a pivotal role in the design of the new 4000-square-foot cast-in-place mezzanine to meet the project's specifications. J.H. Hassinger oversaw the execution of the project, from the strategic shoring and placement of rebar to the actual pouring and finishing of the concrete for the newly constructed mezzanine. This undertaking not only showcased the company's expertise in structural design but also highlighted their hands-on involvement in every stage of the project, ensuring a seamless transition from old to new.
